Tyvek is virtually dust free and more tear and puncture resistant then the others. The Plastic Canisters and Silica Gel packed in Tyvek is the industry standard for use in dry food packaging.
Silica gel is a hard glass-like spherical bead of porous silicone dioxide, it can absorb maximum 35% of its own weight in moisture. White silica gel can be mixed with indicating orange silica gel which turn light green when saturated to achieve humidity indication.
